# How do I create a new customer subscription in Rekaz? Source: https://help.rekaz.io/en/articles/16425175-how-do-i-create-a-new-customer-subscription-in-rekaz Updated: 2026-08-20 Create a customer subscription from the Subscriptions page. Rekaz guides you through Subscription, Configuration, and Payment before the record is created. Add another subscription is available for multiple services in one order. There is no Quantity field in the current workflow. # Steps 1. Select Subscriptions in the Rekaz sidebar. _The Subscriptions page opens._ 2. Select Create Subscription. _The Create Subscription dialog opens._ 3. Under Customer, select Pick and choose the customer. _The chosen customer appears in the form._ 4. Under Subscription, select Pick and choose the subscription service. _The chosen subscription service appears in the form._ 5. Optional: select Add another subscription to include another subscription service in the order. _Another subscription selector is added._ 6. Select Next. _The Configuration stage opens._ 7. Set Start Date. _The subscription start date is configured._ 8. Optional: enable Customize and set End Date if the calculated end date must change. _The custom end date is applied to the form._ 9. Choose the Branch for the customer subscription. _The selected branch appears in the configuration._ 10. Select Next. _The Payment stage opens._ 11. Optional: open Manual discount / Coupon to apply a manual discount or coupon. _The optional discount controls open._ 12. Choose Payment. Keep Pay Later for a pending-payment subscription, or select the method actually used. _The payment treatment is selected._ 13.
