# How do I add an internal note to a customer in Rekaz?

Customer notes are internal operational context. Write only information that staff need and do not include passwords, payment-card data, or unrelated personal details.

  

The verified Add Note dialog uses Notes and Submit.

  

# Steps

1.  From the Rekaz navigation, select Customers.
    
    _The Customers page opens._
    
2.  Locate and open the required customer record. Use a test customer when following this guide.
    
    _The customer profile opens._
    
3.  Select Notes in the customer profile.
    
    _The customer's Notes area opens._
    
4.  Select Create Note.
    
    _The Add Note dialog opens._
    
5.  Enter the internal note under Notes.
    
    _The note is ready for review._
    
6.  Review the note and select Submit.
    
    _The note is submitted for creation._
