# How does the Loyalty Program work in Rekaz?

In Rekaz, you can create a Loyalty Program that awards customers points based on how much they spend. You set the number of Points earned per SAR, then create Rewards that customers can Redeem with their points.

  

Customers receive automatic notifications when they earn Points or Stamps, become eligible for a Reward, and get closer to their next Reward. Their loyalty card also shows programme details and available Rewards.

# Earn Points for spending

  

Set how many Points a customer earns for each SAR spent. For example, if you set 5 Points per SAR, a customer earns 250 Points after completing an order worth SAR 50.

  

# Create Rewards

  

You can set the number of Points required for each Reward to suit your Loyalty Program.

  

-   Fixed Amount discount, such as SAR 5.
    
-   Percentage discount, such as 10% per cart.

-   For example, customers can Redeem 100 Points for a SAR 5 discount.
    

  

# Automatic customer notifications

  

Rekaz automatically notifies customers about their Loyalty Program progress.
