# How do I create a product order for a customer in Rekaz? Source: https://help.rekaz.io/en/articles/14489179-how-do-i-create-a-product-order-for-a-customer-in-rekaz Updated: 2026-08-19 Use Create New Order when you need to sell an existing Rekaz product to a registered customer. Choose the customer and branch before adding the product so the order is recorded correctly. The current order form uses Add New Item, Product / service, and Submit. Requested quantity, Add discount, and Save do not match the current base workflow. # Steps 1. Select Orders in the Rekaz sidebar. _The Orders page opens._ 2. Select Create New Order. _The new-order form opens._ 3. Choose the Customer who is buying the product. Use Walk-In only when the order should not be attached to a saved customer. _The selected customer treatment appears on the order._ 4. Confirm the Branch that should own the order. _The order uses the selected branch._ 5. Select Add New Item. _The item-type menu opens._ 6. Select Product / service. _The existing Rekaz item selector opens._ 7. Choose Merchandise when you only want physical products, or All when you want to search every item type. _The selector shows the requested item type._ 8. Use Search for service... to find the product, then select its card. _The selected product is added to the unsaved order._ 9. Review the added item and its price. Use the available item controls only when quantity or item-level changes are required. _The intended product and values are ready in the order._ 10. Review Invoice summary, including subtotal, tax, discount, and total. Select Apply discount only when an approved order-level discount is needed. _The complete order total is ready for submission._ 11.
